This is an image processing tool for transforming pictures into oil painting-style patterns. It provides 4 parameters to help adjust the effect of the output. The 4 parameters are,
- intensity, which is used to control the output effect,
- quant_level, which controls the color quantization level,
- edge_threshold, which is the image edge detection threshold
- edge_effect, which is the image edge effect value.
By adjusting the above 4 parameters, you can easily and flexibly customize the output effect you expect.
